The short term global Seasonal Program (SP) is a trendfollowing model, whose objective is to establish and maintain market positions based on the emergence of major price trends through an analysis of pattern configurations and market movements. Some of the money management strategies implemented are the following:

 

à                 The use of profit taking.  It is believed that as well as losses, profits must be managed properly. Consequently, profit is be realized when market reaches price/time objectives.

 

à                  The implementation of asset allocation strategies. There is a careful selection (through extensive backtesting) of those markets or market sectors that show a better attitude for sustainable trends. The objective is to maximize tendencies and to avoid underperforming markets.
